GearoFlow Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service: GearoFlow is a productivity tool provided by Movie Shorts Mobile LLC. It is designed to assist in the organization of Events (planning) and Gear Check Lists (packing).

2. User Responsibility & Waiver: While GearoFlow is designed to minimize human error, Movie Shorts Mobile LLC does not guarantee that your event will go as planned or that your gear list is complete.

• The "Check Twice" Rule: The final responsibility for ensuring gear is present and events are executed correctly lies solely with the user.

• Limitation of Liability: Movie Shorts Mobile LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or "failed missions" (e.g., a missed film shot, a canceled wedding event, or a camping trip hindered by missing gear) resulting from the use or technical failure of the app.

3. User Responsibility and Limitation of Liability:

Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure: The App allows for the sharing of data through the export of .gearo files. By using the sharing functionality, you acknowledge and agree that any data shared with third parties is done so at your own risk.

Hold Harmless & Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MovieShorts Mobile LLC, its officers, and its employees from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

1. Your decision to export data from the App.

2. Your sharing of exported data with third parties.

3. Any unauthorized access to data once it has left the GearoFlow app environment.

MovieShorts Mobile LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties with whom you choose to share your data.

4. User Content and Third-Party Files: Reliance on Imported Content: GearoFlow facilitates the exchange of user-generated data files. MovieShorts Mobile LLC does not verify, vet, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any data contained within a .gearo file created by third parties.

Assumption of Risk: By importing a file into GearoFlow, you acknowledge that:

1. Data Accuracy: Information provided in imported lists (such as equipment settings, location coordinates, or activity timings) is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any imported data before relying on it for safety-critical activities.

2. No Warranty: MovieShorts Mobile LLC is not responsible for any damage to equipment, personal injury, or loss of data resulting from the use of information contained in an imported file.

3. File Integrity: While the App performs basic validation on imported files, you assume all risks associated with downloading and importing files from unknown or untrusted sources.

5. Intellectual Property: All app logic, the "Event-to-Gear" workflow, and the GearoFlow trademark are the exclusive property of Movie Shorts Mobile LLC.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify the ToC at our discretion at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice to you within the GearoFlow app or via the contact information you have provided. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this ToC will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Acceptance of these Terms of Service

You acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service and agree to all its terms and conditions. By downloading, installing, or using the GearoFlow app, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service outlined here. If you do not agree to abide by the terms, you are not authorized to access or use the App. The Terms of Service is incorporated into and subject to our general Website Disclaimer and Terms of Use found at Disclaimer.
